Street corners
The street corner is the intersection of activity. The street is reserved for vehicles while the sidewalk is reserved for the pedestrian. Although captured in the past, this image still represents the vibrant activity located on the corner today.

63rd Street Beach, Chicago, US.
63rd Street beach - Musicians and Drummers have been creating community at the 63rd Street beach for more than 40 years. The drummers and performers meet weekly, and especially brings together community from the South Shore, Hyde Park and Kenwood neighborhoods. The Musicians and drummers congregate at a slice of unused concrete that leads to the opening of the 63rd Street Beach House. Without the spontaneity of suddenly being greeted by the sounds of music and drumming, the stretch of space surrounding the 63rd street would be silent and often barron.
